What goes in the blue recycling cart?
All items must be placed LOOSE in your recycling bin except for:
stretchy plastic bags - bundle into one stretchy bag for recycling
shredded paper - put into a securely tied clear bag before placing it in blue cart
EMPTY, CLEAN and DRY items before placing in the blue cart.
