East Lake Regional Park can be accessed from both 800 East Lake Boulevard NE and 730 East Lake Road NE.
Access to East Lake Regional Park via the Genesis Place north arenas parking lot is temporarily closed to support construction of an artificial turf field at Ed Eggerer Athletic Park. Access to the park remains available via 730 East Lake Road NE.
East Lake Park offers two full size sports fields, two tennis courts, six pickleball courts, one boarded multi-use rink, a fire pit and many other amenities for the community to enjoy. East Lake Park is also home to the Active Airdrie Circuit, a series of seven exercise activities marked by signage around the path. The park has winding pathways through the communities of Thorburn and Meadowbrook and is a great place to host sporting events, community gatherings, weddings and many other social functions.
