A tax certificate provides the roll number, legal description, property address, levy, current balance, arrears, utility account balance and Monthly Tax Payment Plan amount.

Please ensure accuracy when ordering a tax certificate as  refunds will not be provided.

• The 2024 tax certificate fee is $53
• The July 1, 2024, penalty has been applied
• The next penalty date is September 1, 2024, at five per cent on current year tax levy
