BYLAW NO. B-19/2024
Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-19/2024 being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw B-01/2016 as follows:

1. That Section 8.1 (3) (Land Use Map) of Land Use Bylaw No. B-01/2016 be amended by redistricting approximately 0.25ha (0.62ac) of lands legally described as a portion of 5;1;27;14; NW, from P-1, Public Open Space District to Direct Control Bylaw 50 (DC-50) District, and redistricting approximately 0.30ha (0.73ac) of lands legally described as a portion of 5;1;27;14; NW, from Direct Control Bylaw 50 (DC-50) District to P-1, Public Open Space District as illustrated in the attached Schedule "A";
2. That Section 9.2.41 (1) of Land Use Bylaw No. B-01/2016 be amended to illustrate lands that are districted DC-50.
