In order to vote, you must bring one of the following forms of identification containing your name and current address. Picture ID is not required.
Government issued identity documents | Identification issued by a Canadian government, whether federal, provincial or local, or an agency of that government, that contains a photograph of the elector and their name and current address. |

School, college or university documents | Correspondence issued by a school, college or university. |
Attestation | An Attestation Form or letter confirming that the person lives at the stated address. The letter can be signed prior to the vote by any of the following:

Vouching |
A person (e.g. a roommate, neighbour or family member) may vouch for and validate another voter’s identity and address if the person vouching is voting at the same designated voting station, and can provide one of the acceptable forms of ID. The person vouching may only do this for one household (maximum) and may not do so if they were vouched for themselves.
