Studio, multi-purpose and meeting room rentals at Inspire

Be part of the downtown buzz and find space to launch your creativity to the next level in one of Inspire's studios or meeting rooms.

Inspire's spaces are designed for flexible use by individuals and organizations alike. Book an art studio to hold a class or for personal use as you work on your next piece. Create social content, start a podcast or produce a webinar in one of Inspire's audio visual production studios. Host a seminar or a banquet in the Presenter's Space. And tap into Inspire's creative energy when you host your next meeting in one of the facility's multi-purpose rooms. 

Room and space rental rates will be available in the coming weeks, this spring.

Art Studio K features:

• 24 person seating capacity
• 1,109 sq ft
• Display with HDMI laptop connections, adjustable height tables, adult & child sized chairs, work sinks

Art Studio L features:

• 16 person seating capacity
• 1,023 sq ft
• Display with HDMI laptop connections, adjustable height tables, adult & child sized chairs, work sinks

Digital Media Studios B & C features:

• Four person capacity
• Studio B 194 sq ft / Studio C 183 sq ft
• Green screen, microphones with pop filters and stands, camera/phone stand, mixing board, 2 lounge arm chairs, desks with 2 task chairs, acoustic treatments, dimmable lighting
• A space for entrepreneurs and creative minds to produce online events, webinars, digital courses or podcasts.

Presenter Space features:

• 1,475 sq ft.
• 102 person capacity in lecture/theatre style seating with risers
• 88 person capacity in banquet style seating (11 tables with 8 seats) or 98 (14 tables with 7 seats)
• Projector and screen, built in cameras, microphones and speakers, connections to support the use of lighting and sound equipment, adaptive listening, video conferencing, blackout blinds, retractable tiered seating
• Access to flex room and warming kitchen for catering and food preparation

Dividable multi-purpose E/F features:

• 112 person capacity with table seating
• 106 person capacity with lecture seating
• 1927 sq ft
• Room divides into Mulit-purpose Room E and Multi-purpose Room F
• Projector and screen, HDMI laptop connection, video conferencing equipment and food and beverage serving area
• 2D art exhibits featuring local artists rotate through this space

Multi-purpose J features:

• 20 person capacity in circular style seating
• 44 person capacity in lecture style seating
• 700 sq ft
• Audio/video cart with display and video conferencing and food and beverage serving area
• A welcoming, circular space that reflects Indigenous culture through artwork or materials and can accommodate smudging rituals.

Meeting room A features:

• Conference room that seats up to 14 people
• 474 sq. ft
• Video conferencing equipment, 75" main display, two 55" side displays, HDMI laptop connection
