Adult fitness and wellness registered programs are not included in Genesis Place facility passes and are available for public registration. Genesis Place continuous monthly pass holders receive a 10 per cent discount on registered programs.

55+ Hockey
Keep on the game with this registered 55+ hockey program. All skill levels are welcome. Participants make their own teams, goalies are free to play.

Train with our Titleist Performance Institute instructor and take your golf game to the next level with this golf specific conditioning programing. For golfers of all fitness levels. These simple but effective exercises will improve strength, power, core stability and control. Perfectly 'striped' to help you drive the ball further and straighter next season!
PWR!Moves
PWR!Moves is a program designed to help tackle the real-world challenges for those living with Parkinson’s through related functional fitness goals. The program utilizes multicomponent fitness training principles involving aerobics, flexibility, strength, balance an agility. Simply said, PWR!Moves makes everyday movement exercise and is a progressive skill re-acquisition exercise program that anyone can do!
Power Yoga
Take your yoga practice to the next level as you explore structural flows that will challenge your strength, core and balance. This series of four, 60-minute classes will offer a variety of strength based movements that incorporate both static and dynamic movements, unilateral positioning and opportunities to improve flexibility. Please bring a yoga mat, water and an optional towel. All other props will be provided.
ACE (Alberta Cancer Exercise) Maintenance Program
The Alberta Cancer Exercise (ACE) program is a community based exercise program for individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. Graduates of the ACE Baseline program can continue their exercise regimen with this 12 week maintenance program that follows and builds upon the baseline program.
First time participants can register for the ACE Baseline program by contacting the Health & Wellness Lab at the University of Calgary at 403.210.8482 or ace@ucalgary.ca.
Withdrawal from any program prior to program commencement date will be subject to a non-refundable $10 administration fee per program/ registrant. Once a program has started withdrawals will not be permitted.
If you miss a class, Genesis Place will not offer a make-up class and will not issue a credit. If Genesis Place cancels a single class, a credit for that class will be applied to your account.
Cancellations
If the facility cancels a program, a full reimbursement will be issued.
Genesis Place reserves the right to cancel and/or combine all aquatic and group programs (registered and/or drop-in) that have not met minimum enrolment numbers, without notice.
